Ein möbliertes Zimmer mit 24 m² (eventuell auch zwei Zimmer verfügbar) steht zur Untermiete für die Monate Juli und August zur Verfügung. Es befindet sich in einer ideal gelegenen Wohngemeinschaft nur wenige Meter von der Universität an der Tannenstrasse entfernt, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem kleinen Gebäude, der Bahnhof sowie das Stadtzentrum sind in etwa zehn Gehminuten erreichbar.
Während des Sommers wird nur eine der drei Bewohnerinnen in der Wohnung leben. Sie wird jedoch von frühmorgens bis abends abwesend sein, da sie ein Praktikum in Zürich absolviert.
Der/die Untermieter/in kann die vollständig eingerichteten Gemeinschaftsräume nutzen (im Wohnzimmer steht inzwischen ein Sofa, anders als auf dem Foto zu sehen).

A furnished room of 24 m² (and possibly two rooms) is available for sublet for the months of July and August. It is located in a shared flat ideally situated just a few meters from the university on Tannenstrasse, in a very quiet area.
The bus stop is right in front of the small building, and the train station as well as the city center are about a ten-minute walk away.
During the summer, only one of the three residents will be living in the flat. However, she will be away from early morning until evening, as she is doing an internship in Zurich.
The subtenant can use the fully furnished common areas (there is now a sofa in the living room, unlike what is shown in the photo).
