Fully furnished shared room in the center of Lausanne. The 76 m² flat is ideally located next to the Chauderon square. It is only 12 min from the main train station, 4 min from the Flon, 17 minutes from UNIL and 22 minutes from EPFL. The contract to be signed is a sublease. Internet (10 Gb fibre) and electricity charges are shared, at around CHF 40 per person per month. The total cost of the room, including all charges, is CHF 830.
