Une place se libère dans notre coloc de quatre à Chavannes pour le 1 août ou le 1 septembre.
A 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt Chavannes Plaine de la ligne 31. A 10 minutes en bus, en vélo ou 20 minutes à pied de l'EPFL/UNIL.

Le quartier est calme et il y a une Migros juste en face et un Aldi à 5min. L'appartement se trouve au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble avec ascenseur. C'est entièrement meublé et équipé (matériel de cuisine, draps, linges) et toutes les pièces ont un chauffage au sol.

On se partage une cuisine ouverte (avec lave-vaisselle, four ), un grand salon-salle à manger plein sud, une terrasse, et deux salles de bain (avec machine à laver et séchoir). En plus, on a accès à un parking vélo couvert.

La chambre (~11m2) est meublée d'un lit 140x200 avec table de chevet et draps, dune armoire à portes, et d'un bureau avec chaise. La fenêtre est orientée nord, sur le quartier résidentiel.
Les charges (électricité, eau, chauffage, internet, déchets) sont inclues dans la location - pour autant qu'une utilisation raisonnable en soit faite. Serafe est à payer individuellement.

Nous sommes actuellement trois : 2 filles (doctorantes) et 1 garçon (ingénieur dans une startup), tous entre 27 et 29 ans. On cherche idéalement un.e étudiant.e en master, en doctorat ou un.e jeune professionnel.le, calme et respectueux.se, pour compléter notre coloc. On a tous des emplois du temps plutôt chargés donc on partage rarement les repas, mais on discute volontiers et on a une belle collection de jeux de société dès que l'opportunité se présente.

A spot is opening up in our four-person shared apartment in Chavannes for August 1st or September 1st.
It's a 2-minute walk from the Chavannes Plaine stop on line 31, a 10-minute bus or bike ride, or a 20-minute walk, from EPFL/UNIL.

The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a Migros right across the street, and an Aldi within a 5min walk. The apartment is on the top floor of a small building with an elevator. Its fully furnished and equipped (kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc.), and all rooms have underfloor heating.

We share an open kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, etc.), a large south-facing living-dining room, a terrace, and two bathrooms (with a washer and dryer). Plus, we have access to a covered bike parking area.

The bedroom (~11 m²) is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, including a nightstand and linens, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The window faces north, overlooking the residential neighborhood.
Utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet, trash) are included in the rent - provided they are used reasonably. Serafe (swiss media tax) must be paid individually.

There are currently three of us: two women (doctoral students) and one man (engineer in a startup), all between the ages of 27 and 29. We are ideally looking for a calm and respectful master's or doctoral student, or a young professional to join our shared apartment.
We all have pretty busy schedules, so we rarely eat meals together, but we like to chat and have a great collection of board games that we pull out when we get the chance.
