Superb set of 5 stackable ?Orchestra? chairs in black lacquered birch.
Designed by Sven Markelius and created by Bodafors in 1931 and 1932, this design is the very first example of stackable chairs on record.
These chairs were designed in 1931 for the Helsingborg Opera House in Sweden.
