La carafe est faite en verre borosilicate résistant à la chaleur, qui ne se tâche pas, et qui n'altérera ni ne nuira à la saveur naturelle du café
L'armature et le couvercle sont faits d'un acier robuste inoxydable qui a été soumis à plusieurs processus de chromage afin de lui conférer un brillant et une résistance conçus pour durer de nombreuses années.
La poignée en polypropylène mat est non seulement ergonomique et fonctionnelle, mais elle ajoute une touche classique à ce design de qualité.
Le piston en acier inoxydable empêche que des grains de café ne s'échappent lorsque vous le servez.
Plus écologique que de nombreuses méthodes de préparation du café : pas besoin de filtres en papier ou de capsules en plastique.
Aussi facile à utiliser qu'à nettoyer.
Utilisation & Précaution
Le système à piston est le procédé le plus simple pour préparer un café riche et savoureux.
Posez la cafetière CHAMBORD sur une surface plane, tenez fermement la poignée et retirez le piston de la carafe.
Pour chaque tasse ou 12 cl d'eau, ajoutez une généreuse cuillère à café ou cuillère de dosage Bodum de café grossièrement moulu.
Versez de l'eau chaude dans la carafe (d'une température d'environ 92 °C à 96 °C), remplissez jusqu'à 2,5 cm du bord, et mélangez avec une cuillère en bois ou en plastique.
Placez le piston au sommet de la carafe et vissez le couvercle afin d'obturer le bec verseur et de retenir la chaleur.
Laissez infuser pendant quatre minutes, puis abaissez doucement le piston. Dévissez le couvercle pour ouvrir le bec verseur et servez-vous une délicieux tasse de café.
Lavez la cafetière avec de l'eau chaude et savonneuse avant la première utilisation, et faites-la bien sécher.
