- Université Misericorde : 8 minutes en bus et 10 minutes à pied

Im looking for someone to take over a room in a shared apartment with me and two other students from Ticino! We are preferably looking for a student who needs a room from September 2026, ideally for six months. The room is furnished as shown in the photos.
The apartment consists of:

- three bedrooms
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a balcony
- shared cellar and laundry room

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the "Capucins" and "Poya" bus nr.1 stops and also 5 minutes from Poya train station.
