Bright room in a shared flat in central Lausanne (Riponne) available now CHF 860 Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in our 3-person shared flat right in the heart of Lausanne. The room: Approx. 20 m², bright and fully furnished bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers are all already there. You can basically just move in with your suitcase and settle right away. Available now. The location: Place du Nord 6, 1005 Lausanne in my opinion one of the best spots in the city. It's only about 5 minutes on foot to Riponne metro station, and you're right in the middle of everything: cafés, shops and the city centre on your doorstep. The rent: CHF 860 per month. About us: A relaxed 3-person flat, all of us working professionals. I'm moving out, and another flatmate will be leaving soon too one flatmate is staying. So there's room for new people who'd enjoy easygoing, uncomplicated living together, while still having their own space. La chambre : Env. 20 m², lumineuse et entièrement meublée lit, bureau, armoire et commode sont déjà là. Tu peux donc emménager simplement avec ta valise et t'installer tout de suite. Libre de suite. L'emplacement : Place du Nord 6, 1005 Lausanne à mon avis l'un des meilleurs coins de la ville. La station de métro Riponne est à seulement 5 minutes à pied, et tu es au cur de tout : cafés, commerces et centre-ville juste devant la porte. Le loyer : 860 CHF par mois. Qui nous sommes : Une coloc à 3 décontractée, toutes et tous actifs professionnellement. Je déménage, et un·e autre colocataire partira bientôt aussi un·e colocataire reste. Il y a donc de la place pour de nouvelles personnes qui ont envie d'une vie commune simple et agréable, tout en gardant son espace à soi.
