Geneva Relocation & Housing Support for Expats
Moving to Geneva? Hello Expat helps individuals, couples and families settle in with personalised, hands-on support.
We work exclusively in the canton of Geneva and assist you before and after your arrival. Every service is adapted to your situation, with a clear scope, timeline and price agreed in advance.
Housing services
Short-term housing 1 to 4 months
Search for furnished accommodation, property selection, application support and coordination.
Fee: 50% of one months rent, with a minimum fee of CHF 1,200.
Payable only upon signing the lease.
Long-term housing 5 months or more
Property search, application preparation, communication with agencies and landlords, and viewing coordination.
Fee: one months rent, with a minimum fee of CHF 2,400.
Payable only upon signing the lease.
Short-term + long-term housing package
Includes both searches, with 25% off the long-term housing service.
Each service is payable upon signing the relevant lease.
Tenant replacement or subletting support
We prepare and publish the listing, review applications, organise viewings and coordinate with the landlord or property manager.
Fee: one months rent.
Payable upon tenant approval or signing of the sublease.
Additional relocation services
Health Insurance & Essential Cover CHF 900
Support with health insurance, personal liability and household insurance, and legal protection insurance.
Schools & Childcare CHF 600 per child
Personalised research and guidance based on your familys needs.
Pet Relocation Support CHF 400 per pet
Administrative requirements, registration, insurance and practical guidance.
Geneva Guidance & City Tour
Neighbourhood discovery, public transport, essential services, local recommendations and personalised advice.
CHF 500 for a half-day / CHF 850 for a full day.
Additional personalised support CHF 180 per hour
A limited number of clients are accepted at a time to ensure responsive and genuinely personalised assistance.
Third-party costs, rent, deposits, insurance premiums, school fees, veterinary expenses and transport costs are not included. All rental applications, tenant replacements and sublets remain subject to landlord approval.
