For sale is the rare, legendary Cavalli Audio Liquid Carbon solid-state headphone amplifier (First Generation V1 run directly from Cavalli USA). Known for its beautiful, warm, and highly musical analog-like tone.
IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ):
Like many units from this specific first production run, the Single-Ended (SE) circuitry has developed the well-known factory defect. The unbalanced RCA inputs and the front 1/4" (6.3mm) headphone output do not function correctly (unbalanced/distorted sound). However, the fully balanced circuitry works absolutely flawlessly. If you feed the amplifier through the rear Balanced XLR inputs and listen through the front 4-pin XLR balanced output (or the RSA balanced output), the amplifier performs perfectly at 100% of its sonic potential, with complete channel balance and dead silence.
