The watch features a distinctive 42mm stainless steel case with a striking red rotor visible through the top of the watch, one of the defining elements of the M.A.D.1 design. Instead of a traditional dial layout, the watch displays time through lateral rotating cylinders, allowing the hours and minutes to be read from the side of the case.
