The Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS (SB0350) was a revision of the Audigy 2 with a slightly improved signal-to-noise ratio (108 vs. 106 dB) and DTS-ES (Extended Surround) for DVD playback. The Audigy 2 ZS supports up to 7.1 speakers via 4-pole mini-jacks, although it used a non-conventional pin out: Side R/L are on Line Out 2/3, respectively.

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS External I/O Hub (Model SB0290), an add-on audio interface box designed to provide front-access connectivity for a PC sound card.Key Features: Features optical in/out ports, FireWire (IEEE 1394), line/mic jacks with independent gain knobs, a headphone jack, and a master volume control.Connectivity: Connects directly via a proprietary umbilical cable to a corresponding PCI sound card installed inside a desktop computer.
