I am looking for a tenant to take over my lease for my bright and spacious apartment in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The flat was renovated about three years ago and is located on the ground floor in a very calm area. It consists of the following rooms:
* Large and well-equipped eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric stove with ceramic hob. A small balcony can be accessed from the kitchen.
* Large living room with parquet floor, facing south. Two built-in cupboards offer a lot of storage space
* Smaller bedroom with parquet floor, facing south. Its three built-in wardrobes and cupboards are perfect for keeping clothes, shoes etc.
* Bathroom with shower bath
A cellar compartment is available, as well as a bike room and a shared laundry room with both washer and tumble dryer.
The apartement is close to several bus stops (2-5 minutes' walk), the La Chaux-de-Fonds train station is slightly over 10 minutes on foot. The Entilles shopping centre and the post office are about 7-8 minutes away. A few small restaurants are close by as well and both free and paid parking spaces are available in the neighbourhood.
