Lease takeover in Plainpalais from 1 December: 3 bedrooms
I'm leaving my flat at Place du Cirque 2 (Plainpalais, 1204) and looking for someone to take over the lease from 1 December. 3 bedrooms, 73.8 m², 2nd floor, CHF 3'121/month all-in (net 2'771 + heating 220 + charges 130).
3 bedrooms + living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms (main bedroom en-suite), balcony facing the street with a view toward the Salève, storage room in the basement. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher. Washing machine in the flat.
Trams 14/15/18 outside, the 18 goes directly to CERN. Plainpalais market, uni, old town and the Pâquis are walkable.
Deposit CHF 9'363 or deposit insurance accepted (around 500 premium a year). Furniture can be taken over as a set for CHF 1'690.
The régie needs the dossier in October: ID/permit, work/study contract, recent payslips, attestation de non-poursuite, combined household income around 3x the rent (~CHF 9'400).

3 chambres + salon/salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte, 2 salles de bain (chambre principale privative), balcon sur rue avec vue sur le Salève, réduit au sous-sol. Cuisine équipée : frigo/congélateur, four, induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle. Lave-linge dans l'appartement.
Trams 14/15/18 à la porte, le 18 va directement au CERN. Marché de Plainpalais, l'université, la vieille ville et les Pâquis à pied.
Garantie CHF 9'363 (assurance garantie de loyer acceptée). Mobilier à reprendre en bloc pour CHF 1'690, sinon on vide.
La régie doit valider le dossier en octobre : pièce d'identité/permis, contrat de travail ou d'études, fiches de salaire récentes, attestation de non-poursuite, revenus nets du ménage autour de 3× le loyer (~CHF 9'400).
