This apartment is located in the village of Château d'Oex, in the Pays d'Enhaut. It is surrounded by greenery and mountains, but is also close to all the necessary amenities, which are within walking distance (train station and school 4 minutes away on foot, Coop 5 minutes away on foot, shop 5 minutes away on foot, etc.). The apartment has a south-facing balcony, so it gets plenty of sunshine.

We offer two types of rent, depending on your choice:

Rent A: CHF 1,570 per month, including CHF 70 in utilities and a parking spot.

Rent B: CHF 1,270 per month, including CHF 70 in utilities and a parking spot. This rent is available under the following condition: the tenant allows the landlord to spend one weekend per month in the apartment, from Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m. This weekend will be planned by the landlord several months in advance (6months at least), so the tenant can easily anticipate these weekends.

Important: Priority will be given to people who opt for rent B.
