Bedienungsanleitung:
Cold Therapy 1. Place it in freezer at for 1 to 2 hours for immediate use. 2. Take the hat out of the freezer and feel the temperature. If it?s too cold, wait a few minutes. 3. If it has a nice temperature, put it on and wear it for 10 to 15 minutes. Hot Therapy 1. Place it at room temperature in the microwave (ideal setting 800 watt) for 60 seconds. 2. If more heat is needed, heat longer with 5 -10 second increments. 3. If it has a nice temperature, put it on your head and wear it for 10 to 15 minutes. How To Clean Hand wash with damp towel. DO NOT expose to the sun. DO NOT submerge it in water. DO NOT machine wash. Lay flat and air dry.
