Original Gibson hardshell guitar case, circa 1970s, with the classic star logo plate, black tolex, brass hardware and orange plush lining.
It appears to fit dreadnought models such as the J-45, Hummingbird or Dove.
Condition: used vintage condition, with honest wear.
The interior lining is clean and in good shape, and the accessory compartment and strap loop are intact.
The handle is original and solid.
All latches are present and close, but some are a bit loose.
There are several tears in the tolex with wood exposed, the largest near the lower end of the case, plus scuffs and scratches consistent with age.
There is a sticker on the lid.
The case is structurally solid and still protects a guitar well.
It has not been restored and is sold as is. Please see the photos for details.
