Chambre en colocation (août a octobre)

Nous avons une chambre disponible et recherchons un ou une colocataire dans notre bel appartement situé à Grandvaux (5 minutes à pied de la gare 10 minutes de train de Lausanne Centre).
La chambre :
>16m² + grand placard mural avec espace stockage
>lumineuse
>une fenêtre avec vue sur un jardin et les vignes du Lavaux + un velux
>un miroir et un lavabo
Lappartement :
Il est construit en longueur, la chambre que nous sous-louons est donc assez indépendante / vous pourrez bénéficier de votre espace et votre intimité.
Nous partagerons :
>une cuisine agencée et ouverte sur un petit salon
>le balcon avec magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes
>un deuxième petit salon indépendant
>la salle-de-bain
>un espace bureau et une pièce supplémentaire pour accueillir les ami-es
Buanderie disponible dans limmeuble (partagée avec les voisins).
La localisation :
à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Grandvaux. Un train part toutes les 30 minutes pour Lausanne (compter 10 minutes de trajet), entre 5h et minuit en semaine options plus tardives les week-ends.
Nous :
Gaëtan, 29 ans, infirmier, et Olga, 33 ans, administratrice dans le domaine du spectacle vivant. Nous vivons actuellement en couple mais avons tous deux une grande habitude des collocations (à 2, 3, 4, 6), que nous avons vécus dans différentes villes, pays et contextes.
Nous sommes ouvert-es à tous types de profils et navons pas de critères particuliers, si ce nest une personne respectueuse de son environnement et des autres Si lappartement vous intéresse, nous serons à lécoute et près à échanger pour trouver ensemble lorganisation et la forme de vie commune qui conviendra à toustes.
Conditions :
Contrat de sous-location (nous sommes locataires, et avons laccord des propriétaires).
800 chf + charges (33 chf) les charges sont peu élevées car limmeuble dispose de panneaux solaires.
Prévoir une caution, dont on pourra discuter dntant selon vos possibilités.

We have a room available and are looking for a flatmate in our beautiful flat located in Grandvaux (5 minutes' walk from the station 10 minutes by train from Lausanne Center).
The room :
>16m² + large built-in cupboard

>a window with a view on a garden and the Lavaux vineyards + a skylight
>a mirror and a sink
The flat :
It is pretty long, so the room we are subletting is quite independent / you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy.
We will share :
>a kitchen, opened onto a small living room
>the balcony with a magnificent view on the lake and mountains
>a second small independent living room
>the bathroom
>an office space and an additional room to welcome friends
Laundry room available in the building (shared with neighbours).
Location :
5 minutes' walk from Grandvaux station. Trains depart every 30 minutes for Lausanne (10-minute journey), between 5am and midnight on weekdays later options available at weekends.
Who are we ?
Gaëtan, 29, a nurse, and Olga, 33, an administrator in the performing arts. We currently live as a couple but are both very used to sharing flats (with 2, 3, 4, 6 people..), which we have done in different cities, countries and contexts.
We are open to all types of profiles and have no specific criteria other than that you are respectful of your environment and others If you are interested in the flat, we are open to discussion and willing to talk to find a way of living together that suits everyone.
Conditions :
Sublease agreement (we are tenants and have the agreement of the owners).
800 CHF + utilities (33 CHF) utilities are low because the building has solar panels.
A deposit is required, the amount of which can be discussed according to your means.
Available from the begginning of August until 30 of september.
