Recherche terrain rural à acheter Valais romand, Vaud ou Fribourg
Particulière recherche un petit coin de terre à acheter en Valais francophone, dans le canton de Vaud ou de Fribourg.
Je recherche idéalement une parcelle calme, ensoleillée, avec un peu despace et accessible en véhicule, pour y développer progressivement un projet personnel autour de la terre : verger, petits fruits, plantes aromatiques et médicinales, potager et biodiversité.
Je suis ouverte à différentes possibilités :
* terrain rural ou agricole ;
* pré, verger ou ancienne parcelle cultivée ;
* terrain non constructible ou terrain dagrément ;
* parcelle atypique ;
* terrain avec source ou possibilité daccès à leau ;
* petite grange, remise, cabanon ou autre dépendance existante bienvenue, mais absolument pas indispensable.
Je ne recherche ni une parcelle en lotissement ni un terrain destiné à la promotion immobilière.
Une surface denviron 500 à 5000 m² serait idéale, mais jétudie volontiers une proposition différente si le lieu présente un intérêt particulier.
